The Associations managed by Surf Site Property Management are the sole owners of the information collected. We only collect information that is required pursuant to the governing documents of the Association in addition to information you voluntarily provide via email or other direct contact from you. Surf Site Property Management will not sell, rent or distribute this information to anyone other than the officers of the Association managed by Surf Site Property Management. We will use information provided to us for communication pursuant to the governing documents of the Association and the Management Agreement between the Associations and Surf Site Property Management. We will not share your information with any third party outside of the Associations’ officers or Surf Site Property Management personnel, other than as necessary to fulfill any service requests or emergency situations. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via telephone, U.S. Postal Service or e-mail in the future to tell you about business related to the management of your Association.
Your Access to and Control Over Information

- Change/correct any data we have about you.
- Have us delete any data we have about you.
