Home Guard

Home Guard Services are designed for the owner who needs management services during times when the residence is not occupied, such as vacations or temporary absences.

Home Guard Services include:

	Visits weekly, bi-weekly or monthly
	Supervision of contract services (landscape, pool, etc.)
	Payments of bills for utilities, telephone, lawn care, pool care and other services.

Owners must maintain sufficient funds in an operating trust account with Surf Site Management, LLC. The owner receives a monthly statement with original paid invoices.

Fees for Home Guard Services

Fees for Home Guard Services are calculated according to the number of visits, the number of services performed and the distance to the home from our office.
